Smoothies


Peach Pineapple Smoothie courtesy Carol Gray:

Two cups water.
¼ lemon.
One banana.
Three peaches.
One to two cups pineapple chunks (frozen overnight).
½ avocado.
Stevia or agave to taste (optional).

Place all the above in blender until smooth. Can add ice cubes or freeze peaches as well for ice cream like smoothie.
